gunman and two women are killed. two police officers were wounded in the gun fight. the gunman's life was among the victims. police could not confirm that. local and federal authorities responded to the shooting. >> they're hoping the massive reward helped capture a renegade former police officer. he has already named in the deadly shootings left three people. police believe he is capable of more. he was last seen in the resort's ski area of big bear lake. the huge reward was put together a business union and law enforcement groups. >> $1 million. this is the largest local reward ever offered to our knowledge. some may ask why so large? >> this is an act of domestic terrorism. this is a man who has targeted those that we in trust to protect the public.
